Dr. Erickson was great! The ladies at the front desk area were very kind. But the young lady (Mialay) who helped my mother prior to seeing him was terrible. Not positive of her name because she didn’t introduce herself and we saw her back most of the time. She was rude, didn’t say please or thank you. Didn’t explain what she wanted my mom to do very well. Which made it difficult for my mother. My mother’s name is V. Murphy
