This therapist truly wasted my time. Little to no attention was paid to my needs or requests to focus on different aspects of therapy because they were by the book and had an agenda which resulted in little progress when I so needed the help in my life. She also lacked the ability to be compassionate and remained very rigid and not easy to relate to. I stayed with her because she took my insurance but it was a major disappointment.
