After waiting 2 months for an appointment, I showed up 5 minutes late and it took another 5 minutes for the front desk to check me in and to take my co-payment. I was told to have a seat and wait. Two minutes later I was informed she would not see me because I was more than 10 late. Unacceptable. Mallory you're fired!
