My experience at this place has been deeply disappointing. Frustrating delays in prescription fulfillment since June, with one still pending and another taking weeks. Getting a refill was a nightmare; I had to beg and call daily, resorting to an in-person visit. Shockingly, they were clueless about procedures. Submitted a refill request six days ago, only to learn today that an appointment was needed first, without prior communication. No medication now, and I should have known about refill restrictions. Mallory Gray, the APRN, is fully booked, adding to ongoing dissatisfaction with Your Health and Wellness or JKP. Sick visits and antibiotics may be their strength, but not ongoing care. They emphasize their workload and inability to accommodate everyone. Expect withdrawal if reliant on a prescription causing it. Previous doctor for seven years, insurance change forced a switch. Assured Mallory Gray could take me as a new patient, but workload struggles are evident.
