Mallorie Bergstrom, PA-C

I’ve talked to 3 different med professionals and no one else took time to explain my situation to me like Mallorie. She could tell I was anxious and misinformed and did her best to keep me calm while helping me understand my symptoms. Very patient and kind.

I have had an annual visit with Mallorie for 4-5 years now. She has always felt cold and uncaring but this visit she was rude and mean with her words and the direction given. I also don't feel she adds any value to my healthcare. Anyone can read a report on the use of a cpap machine. I will not be returning to see her again.

I went to see Mallorie Bergstrom for an infection after beinng referred to her urgent care. During my visit she seemed uninterested and did not provide me with direct eye contact. I felt as if I "was just another complaining patient". However, I was in pain!! It wasn't until after she was done writing every word I spoke down that she finally looked at my infection. She basically decided it was not that bad as she said. I then was put on two different medication which had bad side effects. I attempt to contact her office to see if I could speak with her about my concerns. I was then told she does not want to see me until my appointment no reason why! Which was a whole week away! I asked to speak with another medical staff.....wouldn't you know I still have not received a call back. End of that story....I switched providers and location! I felt unseen, unheard, and neglected. I caution you when seeing this provider.
