I have been seeing an optometrist pretty much all my life and by far this is the best practice in my experience. I am treated for a medical condition in my eye and the knowledge and approach here are on target and made me feel very comfortable. Great support when picking out frames and when being fitted for contacts. They ensure you not only see great but that you look and feel great too! I have referred friends and family, and they all have been very satisfied and complimentary!

When we moved to Columbus, we found a new dentist and pediatrician for our girls, but we still make the 2-hour trek to Madeira Optical for eye appointments.The doctors and staff at Madeira Optical are that good. They are patient, professional and take great pains to explain what is going on with our ever-changing vision so we can understand our eyes' condition and make sound choices accordingly.

Horrible customer service!!! After making an appointment 24 hours prior to my visit and providing all insurance information. They inform me as Im walking through the door that they don't accept my insurance. My insurance was documented on their website as one they accept as well as the receptionist stated they accepted it when I provided my information when making the appointment.
