Malcolm Hickox, PA

Malcolm Hickox is part of a large and busy Millennium Group practice. It is extremely frustrating to get through for appointments, requiring multiple calls and follow ups. During our telehealth call (which I was put on hold for 23minutes) Hickox was personable and listened to my concerns. I had home-tested positive for Covid and was simultaneously dealing with sore throat, head congestion, fatigue. 2 prescriptions were written and several OTR drugs recommended. I have begun the course of treatment and am starting to feel better. The reason for a low star rating, aside from the frustration of getting a timely return call which is out of his control, is the total absence of any advice about Covid protocol going forward. I was never told how/when to retest, how long to isolate, how long to mask up. It was only after I asked, that I was given advice about booster scheduling. It is no wonder that infection is spreading in the community if patients aren’t properly informed.
