Doesn’t Care About Her Patients
I confirmed Dr Longa was par with my insurance prior to my appointment. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed me my insurance was not on her “list”. After 30 minutes of confusion and frustration, I confirmed myself she was wrong but by that time we missed out appointment slot. Rather than make things right after THEIR error, they refused to see me and insisted I had to reschedule without an apology for the major error and inconvenience. The receptionist was flippant and should be fired but she won’t be because they just don’t care. Avoid this place at all costs.
