Dr. Phil was my doctor for about 15 years, and then he sent me to Maggie. I really like her and here are some reasons! She is a great listener, she is very smart and she is very personable and caring, and she makes you feel very comfortable! The only problem I had was in changing an appointment because I left the message and she didn't receive it and thought I was a no-show, the msg said press 5 and I did so, but apparently the msg. never got to her, which was disappointing, because I was out of town. But she is great!!!!!!

Disappointing to have her code my DEXA wrong as it was a part of my physical. Insurance would pay if she would have recoded right. But after numerous calls from my daughter (I’m mostly deaf) to Andrew and office billing department and hospital billing we received notice of collection by their collection agency. Due to frustration and lack of advocacy from this office we paid. What’s interesting is I’ve found insurance companies are more of an advocate than this office. I feel discriminated against because I’m seriously hard of hearing and I am a senior citizen. This practice isn’t a place for elderly
