We began seeing Maggie Rodriguez, for therapy in May of 2018. Maggie agreed to allow us to pay our portion in cash at the start of each visit. When my office went through a round of layoffs, we discontinued using Maggie’s services. A month after our last visit, we received a bill for over $400.00, with charges dating back to July. Maggie knowingly kept the true cost of her services from us denying us our right to make informed consent on the cost of care. Complaints filed with WA Dept of Health
