Maggie was very patient and empathetic and took the time to really listen to me. She made me feel extremely comfortable from our first meeting.

Maggie was such a pleasure to work with. I felt seen, heard, and supported. She worked with me and my spouse to help us through some difficulties we were having. She gave us a unique view that truly helped us come to a resolution with what we were going through. We felt so validated that what we were experiencing was truly happening but there was a path forward. She was incredibly kind and empathetic to our situation that she honestly felt like a God send. I can not stress enough how much she saved us, not only from ourselves, but from a downward spiral that we were in. We are forever in her debt for saving our marriage.

Maggie was unable to help my family whatsoever. She did not support our communication, help us implement boundaries, or even guide the sessions in a structured way. She tolerated crass commentary from family members in session, which led to unnecessary retraumatization. Maggie seemed to have no consideration or knowledge of trauma informed care nor how to create a safe space in session for trauma survivors. She ended up realizing she was not equipped to help us, and we split ways. However, directly prior to termination, she proceeded to trivialize the family situation and make insensitive comments once the other family members left the session. Would NOT recommend!
