Telehealth
Madison stopped showing u to our weekly scheduled appointments after 4 sessions. There was no warning or explanation. She wont stop billing my health insurance for sessions we've never done and has managed to get about $8800 now. Does not answer phone. Reported her license to LARA.

Asked me for money
Telehealth
This lady stopped showing up for sessions without warning then texted me a fewMonths later asking me for money. This is a major ethical violation.

Down to earth!
Telehealth
I started counseling with Madison, over a month or two ago, and I was very nervous. After I met her at my first Telehealth appointment, she made me feel extremely comfortable. She's a very nice, educated and down-to-earth young woman. I will highly recommend her to everyone!
