Absolutely worthless
Requested a Telehealth appointment, as I'm too sick for a 2 hour, door-to-door, less than stellar care, office visit. In the FIVE HOURS it took for HMG to call me back to tell me Macy "couldn't treat me with a Telehealth visit," I'd already had a telemedicine appt with Performance Medicine and had my RXs delivered to my home. I'm not a child. I know what's wrong with me, and the meds I need. Stop making your patients miserable for your subpar care. Needless to say, I fired her, as I actually COULD be treated via Telehealth.

Family Practice Visit
I went to see Macy Cox for a new patient routine wellness exam. I was very disappointed with the level of care and I felt like she acted impatient and could not wait to get out of the room. I did not ask questions and did not present with any problems at the time of visit. I checked for BO and that wasn't it...lol. I truly felt neglected and like I was interrupting her day to see me. I don't know if I will go back.
