I have never been treated so rudely and experienced such incompetence. 2 hours before my appointment they couldn't tell me if my procedure was covered or what my copay was. They also had dropped the ball on checking with my insurance or taking my info and the initial visit. A week passed after i followed up with call and no one called back to confirm the pending appointment or costs Missy kept using words like it 'should be' and 'I think', when I insisted that I need to know the costs she told me not to speak to her like that. I asked to speak to the office manager and was given a voicemail then told I could only leave a message and await a call back from a manager that wasn't at that location....2 hours before I need to leave for the appointment. American medical incompetence at its best example. Don't waste your time. Seek help elsewhere.
