Had a really chilling, weird, awkward experience with Mackenzie Ross. It was over Zoom call. She seemed professional at first, but didn't listen to anything I had to say and went off on a tangent. She diagnosed me with something I already knew about, and ignored my main problem. Cannot emphasize enough how de-humanizing this was and how disrespected I felt.
