I went in to see Mackenzie explaining that I had horrible smelling vaginal discharge. She ordered an STD test and told me it was likely gonorrhea or chlamydia. I went home and googled symptoms and NEITHER of those STDs had a common symptom of strong odor. I did not trust her at all. Ultimately, I discovered the possibility that I had "lost" a tampon inside of me. Sure enough, that was what it was, having been in there for almost a month. Totally incompetent. Ordered bloodwork and urine sample and STD check but didn't even do an exam? Didn't check for what apparently, according to everything online "happens all the time," and instead worried me unnecessarily about having an STD and distrusting my sexual partner. Not to mention, a lost tampon carries the risk of toxic shock syndrome, an extremely serious disease. I would 100% not recommend Mackenzie.
