MacKensie is compassionate and she got our teen daughter out of a crisis. She was able to establish connection with my daughter and help her to cope with depression and anxiety issues.

In my opinion, MacKensie is unprofessional and unreliable. My experience was brief because after a couple of meetings, she rescheduled my appointment twice, then cancelled. She stated she would call to check in, but didn't follow through.
