Machel has a wealth of knowledge regarding nutrition, thyroid health, and overall wellness that I have not ever found before! As we discussed the relationship of food to wellness, I was encouraged to know that she understood the complications of food triggers and Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, an autoimmune disease that effects Thyroid function. I have not found another health care provider who could talk to those dangers at the level she can. I was so grateful to find Machel!
