Terrible experience. Provider charged me full price for a physical she didn't not completely provide. She refused to do the labs because she said that it was too close to the date of my last lab tests which was 4 months prior. Refused to call United to confirm coverage that reset yearly with a $25 copay for physicals. Instead, charged me full price and refused to return my phone call. Unprofessional, rude, and all around waste of time.
