Excellent dietician, much more helpful than one I saw years ago. Gave me a much better understanding of what I am supposed to be eating to help keep my diabetes under control, and
guess what - It's working ! I am losing weight and my blood sugar is looking better in just three weeks - I never imagined that watching what I was eating could make this big of a difference, but I get it now!
