I was referred to Lynn when I needed an adjustment to my medication, she listened to me carefully and took time with my intake. She askes exceptional questions. She also didn't pencil-whip a prescription but took the time to run labs and look at the rest of my overall health before just writing another Rx. Turns out there were some significant deficiencies in other areas that she caught but normal blood work didn't.

Awful patient care & irresponsible
First off let me say, finding a med management doctor in nh nowadays is tough. I worked with Lynn as she was the only provider available at Harbor homes taking new patients. I can see why now… My first impression was she was kind, and soft spoken. HOWEVER, after a few sessions it was pretty evident she had her own agenda or biases on certain medications/treatment. Ultimately, she was irresponsible, ignorant, or just did not care about patient history, or what medications worked well. She was very quick to put me on a brand new medication for ptsd, but would not prescribe me medicine for my ADHD, a medicine i had been taking for over 10 years which helped my adhd, and also with depression. had to ask each session about it, in which I was told “next time lets see how this new one works first” after like 4 visits this being neglected and i was suffering because of it, I finally advocated for myself about this, in which she wanted to do a “follow up” and ghosted me.

I have had this NP for a while now i have ADHD and on medications since 8 years old. I do very well on my adhd meds and never have been off of them. I am also taking lithium since 2013. Lynn decided not to give me anymore of my adderal (ADHD med) anylonger unless I get my lithium levels checked then she stated she would put in the script for adderals. I did the lithium levels she called me and stated that she would not give me anymore adderalls I asked why and she said it is too serious to discuss. She refuses to give me my medication and stated to the entire staff there not to prescribe to me anymore. She stated that I am not ADHD I'm just an angry young man. I am totally disoriented without my adhd med I am starting a new job and have to try to keep it without my meds. I am so saddened and upset and hurt that she would take my medication away from me. I was diagnosed at age 8 and I am now 29 years old and iltellectualy disabled as well.
