I was 5 minutes late for her first appointment of the day, an hour long appointment, after her staff had scheduled me with the wrong Dr a month earlier. I was refused the appointment and they would not find room to re-schedule until 3 months later. Horrible customer service and to refuse an appointment for being 5 minutes late, when typically the wait when you are on time or early is at least 10-15 minutes is ridiculous.
