She was incredibly rude and disrespectful to us! She talked so sternly to my terrified, crying 1 year old, "STOP crying! I'm NOT hurting you!!!" When does that ever help the situation?! This was only one small thing out of many that happened at this appointment. This woman shouldn't be allowed within 500 feet of a pediatric setting.
