Lydia, is condescending and rude.
I have had to deal with her on two separate occasions, each time she seemed to know exactly what my issue was before even having tests completed. She is not personable, and has no bedside manner. She talks down to patient. I refuse to ever go back to her or any Dr. who partners with her.
