To start, Lydia is almost always an hour behind and has been for multiple encounters. More importantly, she did not listen to my concerns, and really, hastily brushed them off. I knew something wasn't right and when I had this feeling her assessment was inaccurate I followed up with another practitioner. Come to find out I did actually have a diagnosable problem, had to go for more testing, and ultimately required surgery. She is too overwhelmed and misses the mark.

My entire family and I have been treated by Lydia since she has been with the practice. She cares! She listens and hears what you have to say. She follows up and is so very knowledgeable on all aspects of treatments. We will be with Lydia until she retires!!
