The Best
Dr. Riveros is like a breath of fresh air. I am always excited to see her. She has a very positive vibe that I connect with when she enters the exam room. Patient, thorough, professional and most of all unrushed. Although I had to wait 45 minutes beyond my appointment time, due to backups generated by a hectic and caring surgical schedule, I forgot all about the wait time when she entered the room. She pulled up my chart, reviewed my current reason for seeing her, examined me, asked if I had questions, answered my questions to my satisfaction, gave me some samples that addressed my concerns, made sure I arranged for a follow up appointment for another issue, and sent me on my way.

Patient as they come!
I have a difficult eye problem. Also, I have a slow mind. Dr. Riveros took time to explain everything so that I was comfortable. She took extra time.
