Lulu saw me in the ER at Harborview. He was very kind and explained all the steps he was taking and made sure I understood. I was making a lot of jokes to cope with my pain and he was a good sport and humored me. I was relieved to have a compassionate individual help me when I needed it!

Lulu Gizaw is very knowledgeable, courteous, very kind and treated us well. He was very professional and treated us well and gave us good advice. I will go back to Lulu any time me or my family has any health problems.
