Absolutely Incredible Service
Dr. Pluas was extremely patient and informative. He carefully explained the test results so that I completely understood what to was, what and what to expect in the future. And he's one of the best at going through an eye exam for a new prescription; flipping back and forth patiently until I was comfortable with the options (which is better, 1 of 2...) Even let me walk outside with the goggles to be sure of the clarity of outside signs and license plates. He's great!

Great Experience
Everyone was friendly and patient with me. I have a lot of anxiety when doing eye appointments. They were very accommodating and Dr. Luis took his time with me, explaining conditions and answering all my questions, even those not related to why I was there, but still related to vision. Great experience!

Patience, empathy and understanding…
I stopped in at the practice without an appointment, but with a painful concern. He and his staff expressed no angst that I interrupted their schedule and treated me with genuine care. After a couple of tests, he provided an explanation, along with eye drops to calm my symptoms. I am at ease now. Thank you so much!
