Excellent experience. Saw him on Sunday when I experienced flashing lights. Was very kind to see me on short notice and found I had a retinal hole. Made me feel quite at ease by using easy to understand terminology and really put me at ease by reassuring me that I was not going to go blind. Quickly referred me to a retinal specialist on Monday and had the issue quickly taken care of. I really appreciate his kindness and patience in dealing with me as I was a nervous mess thinking I was going to loose my vision. Would highly recommend Dr. Dominguez to anyone needing eye care.

Pros: He got the job done, and clearly can clearly follow a protocol to obtain a prescription.
Cons: I felt like I was treated more like a number than a human being. Quite frankly the doctor was not personable and the appointment felt rushed (despite there being few appointments as a result of COVID-19).

He is a very condescending and rude doctor. I don’t even understand how he works with people and hasn’t acquired people skills yet.
I saw him at the Northbrook Court Mall LensCrafters location. I wouldn’t recommend nor would I return.

Always in a hurry and show no care for an appointment. Dr deserves less than a 1 star. A waste of a co-pay. Please avoid at all costs.

Very arrogant and condescending. Total lack of compassion. Failed to clearly explain a fairly serious eye condition I had developed.
