The best!
Lucy is the best therapist I've ever had. She is the only one who hasn't tried to force EMDR, which doesn't work for me, and hasn't tried to criticize my parents or how I was raised. This is the first time I've really felt mental progress, and definitely have started hating myself less. She is very kind and creates a comforting environment. She challenges me to think differently and truly analyze my thought process. The front desk staff are so sweet and welcoming. I actually look forward to my therapy sessions with Lucy!
