Didn't seem confident in what the issue was. Haphazard in her approach and didn't explain things well.

Always has a listening ear. Honest assessment. I am never made to feel like I have to do treatments

Dr Lucia is excellent, will continue with surgical procedure regarding one of my issues. Other issues resolved temporarily via medications. Very professional from front door to exit door

The receptionist was extremely personable and kind. The wait time was MAYBE 5 minutes, which I was thrilled about. I haven’t been to a dermatologist in about 10 years, I am very fair skinned and have had a few bad sunburns in my lifetime so I just wanted a routine check. The nurse was very friendly. Dr. Kraus performed a full body check, and reassured me that my skin is in good condition and to just continue with annual checks. She was very nice and happy to see a new patient. I will continue to use this office for any future dermatology concerns.

Very good, I didn’t have a long wait. The Dr. Kraus was very thorough and nice.

Very professional. She’s top notch in her profession, I have been going to her for 20 years. Makes the patient feel comfortable, she is the only person I let see me, and continue to go to Advance Dermotology , great job, thank you.

Office staff was very friendly. My appointment was at 1:40 and was taken back promptly. Was seen by my doctor had a procedure done and was out of there in 30 minutes. Whole staff was warm and friendly

I had to wait 2 hours in waiting room. Then got a 30 minute visit. But Dr Kraus did freeze my wart. Maybe I can tell her my other problems in July my 3 week follow up?

Registration process and waiting times were great. Everybody very professional. It was a great first visit!

My husband met Lucia Kraus, the PA-C when at a different practice and he followed her here, to this practice several years ago. We are both impressed by her and grateful for her sincerity. her compassion, her skillset and knowledge. It is hard to imagine being able to preserve someone's dignity while giving one of those 'all over' skin checks but she does it everytime! Her infectious smile and goodwill are always a pleasure. My husband has a somewhat complicated situation which needs close monitoring and sometimes, extra attention. We feel completely safe in her hands.

I went for examination of a mole in my back that the primary care physician saw on my annual check up. The PA examined my whole body for cancer screening. I never expected that and i was very satisfied thar she did it for my own peace of mind.

It was fast and it went really well. Dr Lucia went over a lot of very useful information and she prescribed the right medicine.

It is very disappointing and a waste of the patients time that 2 health concerns cannot be addressed during one doctors visit. I wanted to address hair loss and potential rosacea on my skin and I was told I needed a separate appointment to address a separate issue. I have never experienced this in any doctor’s office. What a waste of someone’s time and how unfortunate that one cannot see a doctor for more than one issue at a time. Truly disappointing service.

Front desk and nurse were rude, barked orders at patients and were unorganized. I left before seeing the Doctor (although I did tell the doctor why I was leaving).

Wait time was great- most doctor offices make you wait. The appointment was great- felt very comfortable. It was my first visit and overall everything went extremely well. Thank you

I told the person who answered the phone when I made my appointment what I needed to have done at my dermatology visit. When I got to my appointment the provider did only one of those things and wanted me to make two additional appointments to do the two additional (very minor) things. The reason I know they are minor is because all of my other dermatology appointments with other providers for at least 20 years would take care of those minor skin removals at the time of any visit. At this last visit, the provider even said that they were not dangerous skin problems. So why couldn't she have just removed them while I was there? Now I have to start out with a new group just to get those very minor skin issues removed. This is why I am not pleased and I will not be going back to this group. If this is the policy of the dermatology group then it is not the fault of Ms. Kraus but they have lost me as a patient.
