Lucas has no knowledge of DSM-5-TR and will dx in order for insurance fraud. I say this as the nurse admitted it in response to my question to his inappropriate assessment or rather 'second opinion' he had no clue about. He reported that he performed an exam and he never got up from his seat. My husband and I had to go in for a second appt. after he lied about giving me pencil and paper tests which never happened. I note this as at first he denied the information and due to my extensive knowledge of the above information he attempted to blame it on the portal. I would stay clear of him. I am okay if this is flagged as it is 100% accurate.
