Not a PA you want your child to see
My son was having blood pressure readings continuously at home in the 190s/125s & higher with extreme shortness of breath upon just standing up & chest pain that was also in the back along with other symptoms.We were told by a specialist that if his bp got high like that to go to the ER. We were put in a side room with no bell or monitors on him waiting hours & when Lucas Carter the PA came in he was extremely dismissive of my son & his symptoms as well as being accusatory & judgmental. Yup he did a few test & then sent my child home who was still having the same symptoms!You DO NOT dismiss a patient’s symptoms whether they are having one symptom or multiple. I am not done with this issue & will be reporting to the hospital & leaving reviews so that other parents can avoid this PA at all cost. LEARN HOW TO RESPECT YOUR PATIENTS LUCAS! You & NMC should be ashamed & I hope nothing serious is wrong with my child & I will leave it at that!ZERO STARS!
