LuAnn Russo, CNM treats me with respect and kindness. As someone who has trained providers in trauma-responsive care, she shows excellent care, explaining what she is doing and providing time for any questions. I'm very comfortable in what could be an uncomfortable medical visit.The check-in process was equally professional and smooth. And follow-up Cologuard arrived within days!

I appreciate the time LuAnn spent questioning me about my symptoms. She was proactive once she heard my concerns and made sure I was able to have an ultrasound done before I left. She explained the problem to me clearly and tried to get a timely follow up doctor appointment. The staff - from Melissa to the ultrasound technician Amanda was very efficient, kind and professional.
