Liked the theory behind the type of therapy she practices, but the application was not consistent to me and my spouse. It seemed like if she personally connected or agreed with something one of us said, it felt like her neutrality dissipated. She also made assumptions about the advice my individual therapists was giving me which, I found to be extremely unprofessional. On top of that she basically said that my therapist was not calling me out if I was wrong and that I may have been telling him what I wanted him to hear. I would NEVER expect one professional to criticize another without having any real, substantive support of that being the case. Quite the opposite - I’d expect them to give their peer the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately that was not my experience with Louisa.
