Louis Torres is an excellent Physician Assistant, his level of care and professionalism made me feel well informed and comfortable. He took the time to listen attentively to my concerns, asking insightful questions and ensured I felt heard. I appreciate how thorough he was during the examination, plan of care and how he followed up after my visit. Highly recommend!

Louis Torres is the best doctor's assistant, he's very good at his job, he's very friendly and takes his work seriously, he helps in the best possible way, and he doesn't see you just once, but he's also in contact with you to see how you're doing in your recovery or treatment, until you're recovered, and he gives you the best options and advice to make your health better. I highly recommend it.

PA Louis Torres is the best provider that has ever cared for me. He is very thorough and really cares and shows compassion. In the most vulnerable time, when people are sick he is truly someone you can count on to provide great care.

PA- Louis Torres at Providence Memorial Campus ER is amazing. PA-Louis Torres was very attentive to my health concerns. I had never met a Dr that actually cares about his patients. He made me feel that I can trust my life and that everything will be okay. His personality is amazing. Louis kept checking on me even when I was getting discharge he took the time to walk up to me before leaving to offer help and if I was still feeling sick I can always return back and he will gladly see me again. I would 100% go back to ER with LOUIS TORRES if I ever feel ill again and definitely will sent my friends and family with Louis Torres PA.

When I spoke to Louis in his professional capacity, he was very calm and understanding of my medical issue, asked of my medical history thoroughly and despite the complications of my situation he explained the path of treatment to me in a respectful manner and also informed me what I could do as a patient to further benefit my treatment as well. It felt like I was interacting with a person who wanted me to get better, not just being dragged down a flow chart of medical jargon and procedure to get me out of the door and to a desk where they'd just be taking my money for service. I felt cared for by him and the rest of the staff that carried me through a very dismal day. The interaction made me rethink what "patient" meant, in all forms of the word. I will not soon forget what this guy has done for me.

Incredibly caring and thoughtful, Louis asked about symptoms, side affects, and treated me holistically, looking at treatment options and made treatment decisions with my input. I was impressed by gentle manner. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Great experience! The staff and PA Louis Torres were all very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated how PA Louis Torres really took his time to explain my condition with me as well as my treatment options. Very knowledgeable gentleman. I had a great visit and the PA's demeanor really put me at ease. He made sure all and any questions I had were answered before being discharged.

Louis Torres helped me out with my complicated pregnancies, and my children's issues multiple times over the years. He is a welcome face to see whenever our family have medical problems, and re relieved to know he will be involved in our care when he has been on. It's too bad the the other providers there aren't at the same level...
