Dr P is a very caring doctor. His "practice" is not formal... he is rarely "in the office." I had a serious problem and left 8 messages. His receptionist did not return my call for 5 days. By then, I had missed an appointment - which I realized was not in my calendar - my error - but I would not have missed if my first call been returned. By the time I saw the doctor, I was experiencing terrible withdrawal symptoms. He acted like I was negligent because I missed the appointment . Ugh. Very frustrating. This pain medicine is no joke. I wish I did not need it. He is not accepting new patients and does not accept Medicare. Find a different pain doctor, for your own sake.

Very competent doctor. Closely monitors patients' treatment and use of prescribed medications. Excellent physician for pain management. I've been seeing him for years.

my experience with doctor pawlowski has always been professional and well worth the wait he is excellent with trigger point injections. He is always on point and he answers every question that I ever asked. I personally recommend him to everyone you will not be dissapointed.

His staff insulted me and left me feeling suicidal. They are heartless. Then they billed me 185 dollars to be insulted and shamed for having chronic pain and a mental illness. Don’t ever go here.

I hate having to drive all the way to Orchard Park, but this office and this doctor are amazing. Would highly recommend.

Don't go to his practice. It's not worth the trouble. If you do? Expect to be billed even if you have insurance. His nurses manipulate whatever you say, just to make you feel that your a liar.

In it only for the money. Could care less about patients. 4-5 hour waiting time per visit and forgets what he says the month before .

Total arrogant jerk. Limited knowledge in the medical field.
