Louis D’Onofrio was my treater at the West Haven VA Hospital. He was always professional, thorough, and compassionate to all my needs. He listened, & I never felt rushed. He is a loss to me, & all others he served. I highly recommend him as a treater to young & old. This review limited me to 5 stars, but he is above that scale.
