This provider was completely inappropriate. She had no active listening skills. She used terms to refer to what I was in to see her (for intake) as my issues were "my choice and a decision I make" and her answer to sever chronic pain and limited mobility was "that is transitional, that must be a good thing for you". She questioned my combat veteran status even though I was referred to her as a combat veteran. I left her office visibly upset and shaking and she did nothing but let me walk out.
