Lorraine Bock, CRNP

i saw Lorraine a few times and then I had a significant medical issue. She ordered test and things from the pharamcy . She never did the prior auth for pharmacy and when I had blood work ordered had to call in twice to even get results . I needed two more test done the CT scan she never called me with results and I had some abnormalities . The third test never was ordered , needed authorization and they advised she never did it . Emailed her she was to get back to me and never did . So left me hanging with a major medical issue . Waiting to get in with my new pcp . I have always found Lorraine to be very competent not sure what happen but I have been delayed months in trying to get a diagnosis

My nurse practitioner for many years, I have followed Dr. Lorraine Bock from one practice to another because of her professionalism, patient-centered care model, and her personal style of care that makes me feel comfortable and as though I am an important part of my own health care team. Lorraine never sacrifices detail to save time or rush me through my questions. She and her office staff treat me like a person and deliver a set of informed choices in my health care decision making process.

RUN Run Run as fast as you can. She is absolutley the worst. Ddint folloow through for days. Patty her assiatant talks about her man employer and more. Not trust worthy.
