Dr. Lorilee Schoenbeck, ND

Dr. Schoenbeck does not take notes on your medical history or prescription details, causing for repetitive communication and constant follow-ups between the office and pharmacy. I felt like I was putting in far more work when in reality, the patient is the customer. My last appointment was so uncomfortable. I was made to feel belittled. Everything that was told to me in my first consult went completely backwards as I continued to use Mountain View. I was told that she delves into both naturopathic and modern medicine. This is not true. She prescribed me a non naturopathic medication, called me a year later asking me “why she was prescribing this” and straight up told me that she’s “only knowledgeable in naturopathic medicine.” She seemed irritated and was condescending when I asked why she was addressing this much later in the game. I will definitely not use her services again.

Very unprofessional, bordering malpractice. Appointments always started 5-15 min late. Was rude to me while having an anxiety attack in her office, as well as on multiple other occasions. Refuses to look into any new treatment options she doesn't know, refused to refill an anxiety medication that I have been on under her care for the last 8 months, literally putting my life in danger. Don't bother going here if you need help with ADD, anxiety or depression. She cannot and will not help you.

Absolutely awful visit. She told me it's very unlikely I will heal from my chronic illness which is not true! She was a complete waste of time, was pretentious, and offered no treatment of substance.

I find Dr. Schoenbeck to be very knowledgeable, with a high level of common sense, intuition and plenty of experience. She is also kind and empathetic. I would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends.

Dr. Schoenbeck was very attentive and knowledgeable about my thyroid concerns and degree of osteopenia. She was personable and looked deeply into my health issues. Without hesitation I would highly recommend her.
