Lori Murdock, FNP

After seeing Lori she had put me on 4 different medications that caused serotonin syndrome that could have put me in a coma or killed me. She dismissed my concerns after being on these meds for a month. After getting a new primary Dr. He informed me of this and took me off the medications I am doing much better. But the combination of meds caused me to have seizures, diarrhea, confusion, muscle burning, tremors, and I couldn't walk. It could have been worse and I'm so thankful I got another opinion. Miranda was pleasant to deal with friendly and courteous.

Despite having symptoms consistent with a drug interaction and seeing my daughters visible symptoms...she just dismissed her. Thankfully another physician looked at what prescribed and recognized the symptoms and removed her from all meds this provider put her on.

Wonderful provider if you want someone who doesnt listen to you and does not look up. Drug interactions prior to prescribing medication. My daughter saw this provider who completely dismissed her concerns about drug interactions when her symptoms became worse. Telling her to stop googling side effects.The prescriptions she gave my daughter were known to interact badly with each other.When my daughter sought out a second opinion this providers frail ego became upset and accused my daughter of doctor hoping. The only reason my daughter sought out a second opinion was because her condition was getting worse under this provider ( tremors,inability to walk,headaches,seizures)As a matter of fact not once did my daughter request any medication.Thankfully another provider was able to see her quickly when symptoms were described to them and within 15 minutes of her visit with the new provider she was taken off all of the medications this provider put her on and is improving.

I just had a visit with Lori Murdock, FNP yesterday (Thursday June 10th) at the Primary Care of Greeneville clinic. She was supposed to send in medication for me for a sinus infection/ strep (an antibiotic and a steroid) plus my blood pressure medication yesterday, and also call me in for an ultrasound of my leg to check for a blood clot today. She failed to send my medication in. This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened since I have been going to her office. I called today (Friday, June 11th) at 12:35 PM and spoke to a nurse, explained my medication was never sent in, and that I was supposed to be notified about coming for an ultrasound. The nurse said she would talk to the doctor and get back to me. It is now 7:55 PM. No medication has been sent in. Never got a call back. I called the after hours answering service and explained what was going on. The lady I spoke to called the on call physician, then called me back and said I need to go to urgent care! They can't call in my meds

My experience with campcreek medical center is nothing short of fantastic. They are ALL wonderful ladies ??. They are very caring and really great at what they do. They are very knowledgeable and treat you like family. I highly recommend them if you are in need of a caring and knowledgeable medical center then you definitely won't be disappointed. Thank you for caring and treating my medical needs.

Dr. Murdock is a lady and an excellent doc. She helps you in your pain relief and all she asks is be truthful. DO NOT LIE TO THUS LADY!!
