Follow up by your crew stinks. Made three phone calls spoke to office manager Holley who said she would call me back it’s been over a week and still did not hear from her.

We would like to pick up the creme Dr Friedman suggested bc the insurance did not allow it. I'd like to get it mailed since I can't easily get to the office before 5/6 pm. My daughter's skin looks better, just waiting on the creme.
