Lori favored one spouse significantly over the other, including having one-on-one sessions and then deciding it was not acceptable to do so with the other. She spent the first 20 minutes of each one hour sessions having a nice chat about her family, which needless to say, was not helpful to us in counseling. She never really zeroed in on what was going on with us as a couple or family and never offered solutions.
