more interested in monitor screen, back to me while talking with assistant as if i was not in room. assistant grabbed my head from behind and tried to force left eye onto sensor unit; filed complaint - no response from patient "advocate".

I had an excellent visit with Dr. Kolpien. She listens, explains, and is very thorough. Thank You. I do not understand the low rating. I went to another site and she has excellent reviews. I saw this one first and it made me wonder. My fears left when I met her.

This Dr made us very uncomfortable with her rudeness and made us feel as if we were stupid, would not recommend to anyone!

Dr Kolpien is good. She works slow as not to miss anything but this makes her get way behind even with early morning appointment. She does know her limits and when to refer a patient to a MD.
