Dismissive and negligent
I brought my son in this past Monday to go over two issues with the provider. She only documented one of the two issues and completely blew us off on the second and was totally dismissive. We brought up the issue of growing pains and not only did she tell us “He’s too young.” which couldn’t be any more wrong, but she never documented it in his chart. She’s negligent and rude. Save yourself the time and frustration… See someone else.
