Loretta Oguonu

This woman was an hour late to my appointment, she ate breakfast and was in the bathroom for about another half hour. When she finally saw me I brought verification on how I was continuing treatment (due to myself moving) and the medications I have been on for the past 2 years. She rushed my appt, refused to continue my treatment, follow up with my previous doctor, and told me I should go back to the place I came from if I wanted help. I have never be so disrespected by a “professional” in all my life. This woman should get her license to practice taken away. She does not care for any of her patients nor has any compassion, understanding or listening abilities.

Diagnosed with ADD at age 13 (20 years ago). I went from failing out of school to just shy of a 4.0 GPA in grad school through the use of stimulant medications. I have no history of arrests, drug use, or any psychiatric conditions other than the ADD diagnosis. I'm working towards my CPA license and scheduled an appointment with Loretta Oguonu to try to continue treatment. She had no interest in contacting previous providers, and told me there's no way she would prescribe me a stimulant because they are highly addictive medications. I politely told her I'd not be coming back. On the way out of Preferred Behavioral Health she walked me out and said to the receptionist that I wouldn't be scheduling any more appointments because "he wanted something I wouldn't give him." Given the context of the conversation she was essentially saying I must be a drug addict because I requested the continuation of my treatment with Vyvanse, and she did so in the lobby openly in front of about ten people.
