Ive had a good amount of therapists but never really felt like they would give me tangible ways to manage my mental health. I had my first visit with Loletha today and shes already given me tools that are workable and helpful. At no time, while spilling my guts to her, did i feel judged and i walked away feeling so much lighter. Shes very kind snd helpful and im very excited to finally have hope that my mental health issues can be managed.
