Dismissive, Lacks Empathy, Unprofessional, Rude
After meeting the qualifications for leave to take care of my family, Kong instructed us to make an appointment, requiring more time and effort to access benefits. After pushing us away for required paperwork for leave, at the appointment we scheduled, Kong was rushed, dismissive, and rude, refusing to fill out the paperwork and claiming, she 'didn't know me and has never seen me' as a reason to dismiss our concerns and waste our time-sending us into an endless loop of check boxes, which now has a high probability of being denied. There is much opportunity for improvement in training, and basic courtesy, which has left my family unnecessarily stressed and hinders progress for improvement after my sister's stroke. I would implore you to consider other options available before using this provider. There is no place on the website for a formal complaint or even place for leaving feedback for the dismissive way that we've been treated.
