Not a good experience. Always felt rushed and was not given correct information about insurance coverage. I was offered a service that I was told would be covered and it wasn't, so I was billed and had to pay more than I can afford out of pocket for something that would have been covered at a pharmacy.

I had the flu, quite ill, showed up at 8:25 for my 8:30 appt. After the receptionist saw my distress she left and returned to say that I was late for my 8:15 appt. I would not be seen. I pressed that my appt was at 8:30 to no avail. Being turned away when I was so ill with a bogas excuse is close to malpractice
